The Seventy is an incredible space for small to medium private events. The facility has two hitting bays featuring state of the art Foresight launch monitors, high quality projectors, a putting green, bar, TVs and a full building sound system. Sub 70 employees will provide service at each event to ensure that you are able to enjoy time with your guests. Bronze Level
- Includes Sub 70 Employee throughout the event.
- Use of both hitting bays/simulators.
- Lounge Areas.
- Bar Accessibility.
- $450 for 2 hours / $800 for 4 hours.
- Accommodates up to 12 guests. (+$50 per hour for up to 25 guests max)
Silver Level
- Includes Sub 70 PGA Pro throughout the event for golf instruction as desired.
- Use of both hitting bays/simulators.
- Lounge Areas.
- Bar Accessibility.
- $600 for 2 hours / $1050 for 4 hours.
- Accommodates up to 12 guests. (+$50 per hour for up to 25 guests max)
Gold Level
- Includes Sub 70 PGA Pro throughout the event for golf instruction as desired.
- Includes Bartender.
- Use of both hitting bays/simulators.
- Lounge Areas.
- Bar Accessibility.
- $750 for 2 hours / $1300 for 4 hours.
- Accommodates up to 12 guests. (+$50 per hour for up to 25 guests max)
Booking Details
- Available to book for 2 or 4-hour segments.
- Maximum number of guests: 25.
- Number of guests must be confirmed 48 hours ahead of event.
- Food and drink must be supplied by the client. We are happy to provide recommendations for catering options in the area.
- Dram shop insurance required for any personal events where alcohol is served. We have a contact for this if needed. Certificate of insurance required for alcohol for corporate events.
- All food prep and set up needs to be handled by client.
- For the Gold Level package, a bartender will provide ice and garnishes for mixed drinks.
- The Seventy will provide napkins as well as disposable cups, plates and utensils.
